Best cad software for mac 2017

I know it's me but frankly I have a 30 minute / 1 hour threshold for apps where if I can't do what I want to do with simply mucking about with the app in half an hour to an hour then the app gets deleted. I would prefer a command line interface option rather than a mouse driven interface like SketchUp and I don't want SketchUp because I couldn't wrap my head around it as trying to use the command line version just gave odd results.

I'm after a good cheap or free CAD application that does 2D CAD drawing in Plan and Elevation views to create a 3D view like we did in tech drawing on paper.
